In rendering services to you, we will of course be charging what is considered standard amount for this type of service. Generally our pricing is made in good faith that the services rendered have made a satisfied customer. Our goal is to get your computer up and running and keep it that way. We also wish to teach and instruct in areas that you feel are important to your ability to use a computer. We take full responsibility in managing software updates, data backup, and (data recovery if possible...) Most of your computer needs can be solved with an on location technician. He'll bring his own tools, and service your machine at your place of business, or at your home. We do not work on computers if someone is not there. Only until we have built a relationship that is considered trustworthy on both sides. Any hardware or software upgrades you need, we will find the most accommodating prices and add a 10 percent surcharge as does the auto mechanic who fixes a car and needs to replace a part. We will discuss with the client the reason for the upgrade or software. We will only suggest and make recommendations, but the decision to take action will be in the customer's hands.
